Aicinu noskatīties sešu lekciju kursu “Latvijas gastronomijas 200 gadu vērtības un pārvērtības”, ko esmu sagatavojusi, lai apkopotu informāciju par dažādiem latviešu nacionālās virtuves veidošanās un pastāvēšanas aspektiem. Konferencēs un lekcijās esmu runājusi par šo tematu un visbeidzot, lai sakārtotu visu šo informāciju vienotā veselumā, sadarbībā ar LU Open Minded tapa šis lekciju cikls.
