Latvijas Nacionālās bibliotēkas podkāsta “Klausītava” raidierakstā “Pavārgrāmatas un propaganda” uz sarunu aicināju vēsturnieku Kasparu Zelli un filozofu Tomu Ķenci. Runājām par pavārgrāmatām nacistiskās okupācijas laikā, par ideoloģijas izpausmēm padomju virtuvē un par to, kāpēc šašliks varēja kļūt par centrālo Jāņu ēdienu. Ieraksts pieejams šeit:
