Katrā Latvijas virtuvē ir vismaz viena no Ņinas Masiļūnes sarakstītajām gandrīz 30 pavārgrāmatām, un saldā desa vai šokolādes desa daudziem ir viena no saldākajām bērnības atmiņām, ko, nostaļģijas vārdā, šad tad joprojām gribas pagatavot.
